I'll be travelling to NYC a lot this summer and don't see a lot og guys here on Eccie. What board do you use out there? I'm from Cali.

I have the same question, as I travel to Long Island (Melville) many times per year. I'd love to hobby here as well

Hi everyone! I am new here too, although my mentor was here (Aspd) for many years, and she said that this was by far the best board as far as being able to really interact with others, but she did say that she was not sure how it would be for me in NYC. She said it rocked for Dallas and upstate NY.
I too would really appreciate any feedback as to other boards for the area if at all possible.

For some reason not too many guys in NYC have found eccie. The two sites that I am aware of that seem primary resources for the hobby downstate are bestgfe and utopiaguide. Bestgfe is the more active of the two. I don't know how well they work from a provider's point of view, but as a hobbyist, they are great.

For some reason this site has not caught on here in the northeast. The other sites mentioned are a little more popular (right now) but ECCIE is a far superior site IMO. I have been active for about 6 months on the site in all areas of the country and the National Forum and have found it to be quite entertaining, educational and very arousing in the areas where there is a high level of participation. I really wish it would catch on more here because it is really, really fun. I think if we get more ladies to participate....the guys will follow. Spread the word ladies!!!
