True, but Bell lost 14.5 million by sitting last year and accepted essentially the same contract from the Jets that the Steelers offered him. Maybe he just wanted to sit out for a year. But he lost $14 million that he’ll never make up.

Yes that's how he got out eventually, but I will always believe that he started doing all this in an attempt to get cut or traded. He had requested a trade after being benched in favor of Blaine Gabbert, and was denied. Then he's not standing because of "oppression ", which then turned into a protest against police brutality. He never saw all this coming.

He got what he deserved. A terrible excuse for a human being.

You still thinking Mr. Big Chest orchestrated a masterpiece? I always laughed at that notion. Mostly because he doesn't have the mental capacity to do so.

Exactly. Things sort of just fell in his favor for a couple days but he doesn’t have the smarts to dictate what comes out of his narcissistic brain.

I’ll give AB credit for one thing, he called the NFL out for sweeping the Kraft behavior under the rug!

Read somewhere AB had a 9 mil signing Bonus with the Patriots .
Having only been there 11 days & played one game , Will he see any of that , and is that what his Twitter rant was about today ?

He most likely won't. That is part of what his rant was about. Mostly it was just the insane ramblings of a malignant narcissist blaming everyone and everything around him except himself for the situation he created on his own.

I read some stuff on espn.com that seems to imply that he has a pretty good case for getting the 9mil.

Yeah? How you figure? His contract has a personal conduct rider. don't do anything detrimental to the team. He withheld the fact that he was being sued for sexual assault (with some texts which, by themselves, likely constitute a violation of that clause), and then went ahead and violated the NFL personal conduct policy by trying to stalk the painter and her family. I'm curious as to which "stuff," which author, and are they located in a state where medicinal plants are legal?

So now AB is retired (that's fine), but has enrolled in college courses? Lmao. He posted a full-time schedule on his instagram. Obviously, he has no idea what kind of work he is in for. Guaranteed he drops all the classes by mid-October.

And when he does, I can't wait to see his Twitter tantrum blaming the University, the instructors, the entire higher learning system, Robert Kraft and Ben Roethlisberger for his being forced to drop out.

Section 4 of the CBA from what I read. Will depend on the arbitrator's interpretation of how the various conflicting sections play together and whether that overrides the extra language the Pats have added to their contracts. And then whether the money is considered earned immediately as a signing bonus vs over time.

NFLPA has reason to not want to let this go uncontested aside from AB
