What does verified provider mean exactly?

Hello all, I am new on the board and was just curious as to what a verified provider means? From what I gather it is a provider who has been reviewed a few times?

Another rule of thumb...might I suggest you see girls who have placed Texas Gator and DED on their DNS list. It is another way to tell that the provider is a good judge of character and has her wits about her. Besides, who wants to throw hot dogs down a hallway... am I right?

If you can't tell from the last line, the poster was obviously speaking tongue-in-cheek. Lord knows she's the last person who'd be calling someone else's character into issue ....... in public.
