Alexandria Ocasio Cortez hands down. Bernie Sanders is a close second. However, Bernie's honesty and his recognition that the middle class will actually have to pay up for the free stuff takes all the fun out of National Socialism. Reagan was dealing with what was largely a democrat congress during his term.

It had a remarkable 40 year run of the House which ended in 1997. He only had the senate behind his back for 6 years.

demo house was the one controlling the purse during that period.
