I will be in Costa Rica in early May on business. Looking for hotel with girls on site. Hotel Del Ray? Would like restaurants and massage parlors in walking distance. How about cab fare from airport? Do any of these girls speak English? Do the girls take US
currency or is it better to exchange currency?

This will be my first time in Costa Rica.

Hotel Del Ray will have everything you are looking for. Another option is Taormina Hotel. Most of the ladies speak enough English to be able to provide what you are looking for.

The ladies will take any currency- but it is better to get the local currency.

After doing some intel I think maybe the Sportsman's Lodge would be a good place to stay? If you have stayed there any info you could forward would be appreciated. From what I have read the average cost of the girls is $ for 1 hour and around $$ for all night? Is this about right?

If you stay at the Sportsman's, make sure not to get a room in the courtyard area.
NEVER pay $ for 1 hour!!

I definitely recommend Sportsmans Lodge over the other choices, and the poster above is correct, do not choose a courtyard room. Go with Modern Wing or Mansion Wing. If you pay the girls in US currency they can exchange it for local right at the desk there, but they do not get a great exchange rate. Plus if you are paying in local currency you are paying less as well (assuming you convert in your head with the 500/1 ratio as most do). The actual rate is more like 565/1. You can exchange at the colonial casino (next to Del Rey) for the fair rate. Or just don't travel with much cash and use an ATM for fair rate. Negotiate in Colones so there is no debate afterwards. They will start at $100/50mil colones, but counter with 40mil, they will agree, if not just say nice meeting you and buenos suerte and start to walk away, they will stop you and change their mind.

I took Uber everywhere. No issues and was very cheap.

In my humble opinion you are doing it all wrong - have been visiting CR for almost seven years. Started with DelRey - graduated to building my own 'friend circle' on Facebook. All my friends are non-pro - students/ sales girls/single moms etc. They will come and spend all night with you for $250. Extremely friendly and hot i the bed, unlike the pros whose only goal is to get you off quickly and go to the next customer.

I book AirBnB - private condo - and meet all my friends. Sometimes meet two of them (did three once also) - I pay them 200$ to 250$ for all night + Uber fare both ways.
