Excuse my ignorance but when a TS provider has an hour donation and a VIP donation listed. What’s the difference?

My guess is that it means different things to different providers. Unlike an acronym, it won't mean the same thing to all.

I would expect that non-vip is everything is covered. vip may have some things, or all things uncovered.
