But I am torn on which weekend to go. I see the parade is happening this coming weekend and I really wanted to see the parade. Should I come for the parade or just wait til the next weekend that is actually closer to Halloween?

I am all about coming out to meet you guys in New Orleans, but Halloween is my favorite time of year and I have always wanted to experience it in New Orleans so I am deciding which weekend would be better due to the Halloween festivities.

New Orleans is always a great time - but especially for Halloween, Mardi Gras... etc.

Hope you have a blast! I'd come right around the 25th through Nov. 1st. The parade is not all that special, from what I've heard, but we get paraded out around here.

Halloween time is FUN there.. I went last year.. but it's nothing special.. I think MardiGras would be a better time..

Well I decided to come next weekend, not this weekend, although I am bummed about missing the parade. I have been there before for the Mardi Gras parade, and I loved it, but we don't have parades where I am from, like ever, so it's exciting to me.

I usually do Halloween in Austin, but I heard it was a lot of fun in New Orleans, some people even said it was more fun than Mardi Gras. Halloween is my favorite time of year, I could live my whole life and never see another Christmas again, but if everyday was Halloween I would be in Heaven.

I'm excited!!!
