Next week I will be having my first experience with a well respected provider. I am very sexually inexperienced. Four, yes (4) experiences in my whole life. Two with providers one with women BFF's. Two weeks ago a BP prvider and I were together and noticed I was not really erect enough for penetration (CG style). But non-penetrative function was ok. I really only go to about 75%-80% which seems fine for non-pen. activities. But meeting with a great privider and never really having this kind of experience in 20 years I want it to go well.

I saw a Physician Assitant and she gave me 20mg of Cialis. I have tried it twice on some practice runs and it increased things to 95% and with straining and flexing to 100%. But the pill makes me feel like I have the flu.

The question to guys waht is your experience and providers waht have you seen?

So the question is can a male perform with a stiffness of 80%-95%?

I really need input, because the nerves will probably make things worse.

Also to take the pill or not?

I thought the pumps were actually masturbation toys. Are they supposed to work for this issue?

I also have a little, clear, silicone penis ring, its really stretchy. It didn't come with instructions and I didn't know how far back to put it. Hair got in the way, but that will not be a problem after tomorrow. Getting waxed from the belly button-down and around to the shoulder blades. And a manicure!

Penis pumps are actually a very common non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive treatment for erectile dysfunction. I would think before taking pills or messing with a penis pump you should see an urologist and actually get examined.

Are you able to get fully erect by self-stimulation, through a bbbj? How long has this problem been occurring? Could there be mental aspects to the problem? This is all stuff you probably should be discussing with a qualified physician. I know you said you saw a physician assistant but if all she did was pass you some pills that is not really addressing the issue. Erectile dysfunction can be an indicator of other underlying health issues.

I would also think a provider might be worried about the condom slipping off if you are less than fully erect.

Also I know guys that only take 1/2 of that pill and they like it better. So you might try that as well as far as after effects.

I think things will work out. Like I said I can be a good 80+%. It is not like real and defastating ed, I think just penile laziness. Like if one as a human didn't have to stand strait up all the time and the master would let you slouch to get your work done, eventually you would slouch all of the time and it would be hard to stand erect at important times. I think 1/2 a pill would be good, not letting myself mindf__k myself with worry and just allow the experienced person drive.

The ideas and encouragement have been great. I do have a diagnosis of pre-diabetes, hypertension and depression. The last two i take meds for. And recently I have decided to try to work on the health issues and try to stay on the planet a while and see what pans out. One doesn't have to "burn-up, or burn out" seems like one could just glide along and enjoy the ride for a while.

Thank you all again for the advice and encouragement. Have a super fantastic, but safe holiday weekend. Sounds like we will have a hint of fall comming our way!

I have to say buzz, you are very brave at being so open about your situation. First you might look at any meds your taking. I know when I'm taking my alleregy meds I have troubles getting hard. I believe most ed meds have that side effect of clogging the sinuses. As far as the condoms, I use the Lifestyle brand, they fit snugger than others and none of the ladies I've been with mind me bringing my own. As far as the nervesousness. I recommend try emailing or pming each other to get to know each other better. That helps me. I also have to say you are very brave to do the waxing also. There is no way I would get waxed at my groin. There are some hair removal products for men. Good luck and just remember relax and have fun.

I know a few who take a "ed cocktail" (pun intended). Like one guy takes half cialis some hours beforehand then viagra right before. The thinking being if one doesnt work a combo will. Dont do that w/out checking with a doc, ok? It does make sense to me though, like the old sinus cocktail shots? "Member those?

Three things:
Tell her.
