This is the price set by the building not me so the price is firm.The lease runs through December 2011.

You are welcome to live there too but no kids or roommates will be allowed.

The unit is on the 18th floor of a new high-rise over looking discovery green park.

The unit, views and building are breathtaking. The bathroom is full of granite and marble. It has a extra large stand up steam shower and a huge whirlpool tub.

The unit is 1000 sq feet with floor to celing windows and automatic shades.

Parking is free for clients and the garage is easily accessed.

concierge at front entry? valet parking?

Looks that The Xosaic no? I had a concern with the only entry being the front desk and having to sign in. Is there another entrance I didn't know about? I know a few people that might be interested. That's a great building! Is it a sublet?
