I generally don't make negative comments, but my experience was that TCB left a lot to be desired. As in accepted an appointment at a time of her choosing, for which I drug my ass two counties away from home to her general location. She then ghosted me right before the appointment when trying to get the final address. I lingered in the area about half an hour and then drove home. The next day I asked what happened last night, and she replied back with something incomprehensible. So that was that.
