However...Nacole, what exactly are you asking for? Your post is pretty hard to understand, but I'll give it a shot:

You met another provider and went for a 30-minute ride around downtown Dallas. You received a phone call from what I assume was a former client. You were expecting a review and he wanted to barter/bargain for it.

None of the above is ECCIE business. That's between you and your client, and how you choose to run your business. There is no obligation for a member to write a review, and you should be cautious while using that as an element of your services, as there are no guarantees.
