High Carb diet. In the form of simple carbs, high sugar content, low protein, low complex carbs. In others words cheap food with low nutritional output. Fat people don't necessarily have well rounded nutritionally sound diets.

The Liberals should have thought about that when "organizing" their ghettos for their impoverished voting base! Of course they would have been healthier and then they couldn't justify providing health care for them with disability and unemployment compensation, because they're too sick to work.

Do you believe in stereotypes. If so do you pick and choose to suit your needs. There are many stereotypes about Southern white men...many are true. I happen to believe that stereotypes are grounded in truth...and I am okay with that. I am half white and half Asian. You wanna know something...Asians eat some crazy shit...including rats and dogs. So the fact that Asians will eat anything is pretty true. Just as the stereotype that many people from say New Hampshire are pasty white people who look very similar...look weak...i don't really care or necessarily dislike them...but it is basically true. Tonight I was at a black friends house...they were cooking chiterlings...many older blacks love that shit...i can't stand that shit...many of you will not even know what it is...blacks like chiterlings...whites dont...stereotype or fact?
