Default Can LE Require You to Pose for a Photo with Your ID?

Over time I've seen several reports from guys who were at a Dallas AMP when LE decided to pay a visit. Typically the guys are eventually allowed to leave, but in at least one report they were first lined up in the hallway, asked questions, and photographed holding up their IDs.

I've seen the video on why you should not talk to the police, and read the threads on why you should STFU. My question is, can LE require you to pose for a photo with your ID if you are not under arrest? I would think that a lot of guys probably leave their ID in the car and don't take it in anyway. If this situation comes up, what's the best way to handle it?

They problem told them that they pose with the ID or we arrest you now. Otherwise, the answer would be no. If you are free to leave, leave. If you are not free to leave STFU and ask for an attorney.

Ask for an attorney? Okay, you have one. The answer to your question is NO! You cannot be made to do anything if you are not arrested.
