They are all over. You can go to Sheraton Derai and go to the night club there. It cost 100 Dirham to get in but there is a large variety, Russian, Thai, Ethiopian, etc.

I went to dubai back in 2011. man I can tell you the girls in dubai are off the hook. All the ads you will see on the net are fake. In Dubai these sites are blocked by the GOVT. So I got some numbers before I went there. Mostly Nigerians chicks will pick up and they will pretend to be Russian, Mexican with strong Nigerian accents. haha

But you can go to any club and they are all over the place. You have to be very careful because it is very hard to disguised between an escort and some one's GF. That's how classy they are, well at least the ones I ran into.

They start with 1k dirhams but you can negotiate to 300 or 350. Make sure the one you choose have the passports and such. Because your hotel management will not let them in, the girls already know this but I'm just giving you headsup.

If they don't have passports and such they will take you to their location, you'll have to hire a taxi. Once you get there they will ask for more money for the space she is providing you.

Dubai is a very good place for those who has experience. many girls from africa and chinese are posting fake photos and in some case they use photos of pornstarts and famous actress. you have to be carefull with them. many escort sites offer a photo verification process on their website.

I've been through Dubai probably 6-7 times. I always fly there when coming to Afghanistan. I stay at the Le Meredian right neat the airport (airport road). There is a club out back called "Jewels Bar" and around 10:00-10:30 at night girls of ALL walks of the earth walk in. I've never been there and not seen at least 40-50 girls. And I know some hotels are weird about letting girls in, but I have taken them to my room on several different occasions and they even check in at the front desk haha. Go to the Moscow, there are tons of women working there. Got an Ethiopian there the other night. I happened to be standing outside, a bus pulled up, and about 30 girls got off the bus and walked in thru the service entrance! What a beautiful sight! ��
