Default The Best of China Town???

In a debate with a friend about the Top 10 bests in Chinatown in NYC. So I decided to ask the ladies and gents of TER what they think are the best finds and restaurants in this gem for a first-time traveler. Any recommendations besides Nom Wah Tea Parlour and the Chinatown Icecream Factory that should be visited?

Thank you, New York!

I always fond walking through CT that there are so many great place and many of the small out of the way places are the best ... walk through and if it looks good and smells better you have found a gem!

Same advice that I was given as well when checking out food blogs on the city. If it looks good and there are mostly speakers of the various languages from the Asian countries around then I have stumbled upon a gem and am in for a treat.
