LuLu? In her 30's, no disrespect but you better add 20 years to your guess in age, she's mid 50's, she's actually the oldest of the bunch, asian girls age gracefully, always keep this in mind. No girl in this shop is in her 30's, no, not even Alice, looks can be deceiving. As long as the service provided is good, what does it matter?
