Get a Real Estate agent that has been in the business for 10 years or so
Ask them who their lawyer is. and ask how long they been using that attorney
Just about every house bought/sold a lawyer has to be consulted
and you can bet such an agent will not put up with crooks or incompetents

First lawyer that I got when my dad passed away was an incompetent crook
Had to fire him too!
Got a really decent lawyer as above

I just noticed i did not even post the title right but i thank you for your response. I guess you know i meant "Need to hire " , and i put "new to hire". Anyway thank you for responding. I will do that.
