Yeah maybe I am not busy all the time but at least I am not getting arrested or beat up because I did not screen.

I totally agree there. Thankfully, I work a day job, it makes it easier to be extra cautious. Newbie friendly does not mean no questions asked. It just means with the proper info, we are open to giving you your first review.

I require 2 provider references from well known providers
I'm not newbie friendly, I tell clients to go see another provider first to build up references
I understand discretion, the simple fact is, if you don't want to give up personal info, then don't see that provider. you can always see someone else.

In Los Angeles, if I were to not ask for certain information, I will end up in the dumpster here- it's a jungle. I ask for full name, occupation, email address, cell phone, best time to call, work number- with this I inform them that I will be calling them as say "Sandy" and ask to speak to you, if I cannot and they ask for a message, I just say that I will send the information to him via email. I ask for 2 provider references. Sometimes if they have provider references from girls I know, I don't bother with the employment. Before I do anything, I send them an email to let them know I've received the form and set up a time to speak to them and I take it from there. I always let them know up front that I'm not here to hurt anyone but this process ensures a safe start. I ask for their permission. Speaking to them after I get their information though is key since I want them to feel comfortable. I always try to put myself in their shoes. In this process I have found that the ones who are creepy will bail out soon since they don't want to be involved in a process but want a quick victim or it just wasn't meant to be.

Anyone who would give that info to a complete stranger while both are engaging in illegal activity is an idiot IMHO! Ladies- that would be like me asking you for the same info because you don't have reviews! Wouldn't be smart for you to give out- wouldn't be smart for us to give out. I understand the NEED for screening but no way I'll ever give out that info! I'd prefer to be alone.

Remember, if you are seeing a provider who is well reviewed, you can be quite reasonably sure that she is NOT LE and is NOT someone who is going to hurt you/rob you etc. Your experience might not necessarily be perfect, but your potential for real danger is pretty low. And not only that, you should have a decent idea of what to expect from your experience with her. You have a description or pics, know things she's interested in, other people's experiences with her.
On the other hand, if you do not have references or reviews of verified providers, we know NOTHING about you. You could be anyone. A verified, reviewed provider is much more concerned with who you AREN'T than who you are. Asking for your work info is her way of saying that she believes that someone who would send her that information isn't planning to rob, rape, or murder her.
I am curious to know... what do men think is appropriate to ask of someone who has no reviews and cannot be verified by another provider? What would you do in a provider's position?

You girls need to protect yourselves. Us guys too,but me I work in a very public place and will say to providers come see me I have a very distinctive look. You know being johnny punk guy. So I say if your Intrested come see me at work get a feel for who I am make a decisionif you would see me. I deal with so many people its pretty likely i wouldn't even recognize her. But she can see me how I deal with people I'm pretty much what you see is what you get. I do convenience store work so they can pick up something they need gas or whatever. They don't even have to tell me who they are. Just come in make sure I'm not a rude psycho and pm me if intrested. I feel its safe for me because prove I told them to come up there. And safe for the provider as they can remain anonymous. And if some one who isn't Johnny shows up they can tell them to piss off . One look at me and people tend to remember.

Screening is essential for all Girls to stay safe in life! And especially in our shared chosen career.To stay safe from both LE and difficult abusive or dangerous clients. It is Very Important! Well screened hobbyists should be the norm not the exception.The only type of clients who do not understand or feign ignorance of screening.These are the guys who use the very large national ad boards.But we are All Verified providers.We have been screened for our Authenticity!The Biggest complaint you will hear from guys on the Other national Ad board is that the providers photos are fake,stolen etc.When a client uses a verified site and provider,he is assured that the provider is for Real and is the provider who is posted in the Ad.So when a client wants a Real provider.He needs to be screened as well so we Know he is for Real in every way as too!

That is the exact reason why girls are screening. Because it's illegal. None of the girls would be screening you in the first place if it's legal.

i've been thinking that since i joined here. everyone i've seen here that i'd love to spend time only takes verified hobbists, and knowing that i'd only ever use this service once, maybe twice, ever, i'd never be able to actually be with the ones i'd actually want to be with. kinda sad, really

for some newbies, it's not that they don't want to give out personal info. heck, if being with a gorgeous woman for a few hours meant giving her my phone number, what do i care? for some, it's because they know they might only have one shot at this, and they just want to make the whole experience perfect-having the best time with an even better woman

erm,...halfway. first part yes, second half, nope.
