But are not visitors expected to be courteous and check to see if the local pub has similar rules for darts, or pouring whiskey? I can tell you that they don't pour by the ounce in Calgary.
And btw, any franchise mcd operator can divert from corporate policy. There's a local conditions paragraph in every franchise contract I've seen.
