I received a call from this site Friday. I was not where I could talk, so the guy said can I send you a text? I said ya sure. So I get a text with log in and password. I never signed up with them They lifted my pictures from girl directory,my verbiage, they have me listed as a Latino,black hair.

The way I see it they are thieves, I will not support their actions. Their are many ladies that are on this site and I really don't think they signed up as well. I sent them a email to remove me immediately.

Can't you send them a lawyer letter if they have your pictures up? Seems weird they have you under completely different pictures, but I'd be curious if they had your pictures or friends of your's with stolen pictures up.

Those are my pictures before I had my photo shoot, but they are so stupid they took them from girl directory because they say girl directory on them. That is something girl directory does so it's very clear that's where they stole from. I sent a email guess I am going to send one to girl directory to see if they will work with me. I have those pics posted on my site, but that is not where they got them.

Good luck on that route.... getting your photos pulled down because they were used without your permission or consent is tricky... but if this other site can help you then it has more teeth

I received a call from someone also and I told him I had never heard of this site, so it's impossible for me to have setup a profile.They've my pics and posted a profile for me also.How can I get my profile taken down?

I have sent them a email and also sent a email to girl directory letting gd know they are stealing our info from there site and building there own site. I haven't heard anything yet.

Send an email to the hosting service of their website. Looking at email, it appears to be RackSpace. They have to act on your email.

I've spoken to my attorney and sent him the link to the site, he's tracking down the owner.Once he finds out who actually owns the site, he's going to send a cease and decist letter to the owner.If he gets no response, further steps will be taken from there.

Ok update, I got a reply back from netchixx.com they removed my profile. Not sure if it was due to my email solely because I did send email to the site they stole my info from.

Cityvibe just did this to me. They sent an email posting a visiting ad for me in Houston?? WTF?

I dont even know where they pulled my info from.. I only have 3 Houston ads up. Eccie, TER, and P411.

Lynn, CV I think gathers up ads and posts them at random.. there has been some ads on there that have dated back a few years.
