If Alabama elects him then the Senate will have to deal with the Court of Public Opinion.

That is the Court that matters to Politicians.
So this really isn't about a criminal act, but rather smearing a politicians reputation. That I don't support.

That's WTF ... "smearing"! He doesn't know what a "criminal act" is, and neither does his sidekick Speedo ... who believes as long as the cops don't catch him it's not a crime!

And they pretend not to be Liberals! What frauds!

It can be both....he could have actually done what all 5 of these women allege Two are criminal but beyond the Statue of Limits.

And in his case it is not smearing his reputation but enhancing it. It seems he was known for favoring teenagers while in his thirties.

I'm not for spreading a lie. And I think after all these years it would be bullshit for a criminal investigation but ole Roy has not put up much of a Defense.....and as a politician , that is wtf he is supposed to be able to do. Make a case for his constitutes.

So far the best case he has made is for fucking teenagers and hiding behind the 10 Commandments!

Three of the women -- above Alabama's age of consent -- said they went on a date with an older man. Those three shouldn't even be an issue. After all what was the age spread between Slick Willie the Perjuring Sexual Predator and Lewinsky? It seems one of those three claims she was served alcohol at a restaurant, but that wouldn't have been possible in a dry county.

The “European” style 7 was used in blue ink but not in the black. It’s not written by the same person.

Certainly looks faked to me.. BUT like always these false claimers will not get charged with dick.

So cause he had a bad day on Hannity, it MUST only have been because he was guilty..

SO why are not the media, DEMANDING to have that done, to VERIFY the signature is moore's??

Unless of course they KNOW ITS forged, and thus want NO ONE Looking into the lies.

This may turn out like the Duke Lacrosse team.

Let the voters decide. That is the only jury that matters right now.
ANd look what happened with the lacross team. EVEN AFTER being exhonerated, the fact the MEDIA so lampooned them to where the court of public opinion ranked them guilty even WITH NO PROOF their lives were totally and utterly ruined... AND YOU feel the people's court will be just here?

The unraveling of these various stories will rest on the back pages and not be disclosed as the election approaches. They got their headlines and media convictions, and now they can move on to the next smear campaign ....

... they had to have something to get the DNC et all off the front page and keep the Liberal predators from getting back on.

I'm sure WTF is terribly disappointed the smear is getting washed away one lie at a time. He does get irritated and violent when the sunlight starts drying up the "smear"!

This whole thing is nothing but theatre. Five women all about the same time giving their account of inappropriate sexual encounters with Moore when they were underage teens. They have no evidence, they'll be no arrest and conviction. Moore won't step down, he'll be elected and life will go on. As far as I am concerned these so called victims were of age and they gave consent at the time.

It's all about "Lets get a Republican", regardless of any evidence or proof. It wouldn't bother me one dam bit if Moore or any other political person regardless of party was charged and convicted of any crime while in office or out as long there is Due Process. This unsubstantiated four decade old bullshit of he said, she said malarkey isn't cutting it. If Moore steps down it would be like admitting to the allocations. If these so called victims can't prove anything Moore should throw a defamation suit up their twats, or if he did indeed commit these acts just openly admit it and move on and get his personal life out the public eye.

Reached by phone on Saturday, [Gadsden police officer named J. D.] Thomas, who lives in the nearby town of Southside, declined to discuss the existence of a ban on Moore at the Gadsden Mall. “I don’t have anything to say about that,” he said. A former manager of the mall, who began working there in the late eighties, confirmed the existence of a ban list, but did not recall Moore being on the list during the manager’s tenure there. Barnes Boyle, who is eighty-six, also managed the mall, from 1981 to 1998. His wife, Brenda, told me that Moore was a longtime acquaintance of his—they went to the Y.M.C.A. together often—and that he planned to vote for him. The recent allegations against Moore, the Boyles thought, are likely liberal propaganda and, as Brenda put it, “a sign of the times.”

1977 written twice with different 7's, obvious forgery!

I think Moore was compensating these girls for dates and since he was the parents were fine with the idea. Remember we are talking about Alabama, lol.
