Didn't forget. I actually explained the difference in the lethality of the current virus compared to H1N1. To date, there are 5,800,000 cases of COVID. There were 60 million cases of H1N1 so anybody suggesting that Obama/ Biden did a better job "containing" H1N1" are not telling the truth. You can not explain the death rate without taking into consideration the lethality of one compared to the other but I guess that is to much for you to take in at one time. Biden's Chief of Staff is on record saying they did everything wrong and it was by sheer luck that millions of Americans didn't die from H1N1 do to Obama/ Biden incompetence at containing the H1N1 when a vaccine was much easier to create since it wasn't a Novel Corona virus. No such statement was ever made that I'm aware of. While Trump has consistently downplayed the number of deaths, something he should never have put a number to, there is no evidence that he didn't do everything possible to limit the deaths as opposed to oh say Gov.
