To be precise.

The first proclamation in January was a "Public Health Emergency" which is by nature of being done by the POTUS at the national level.

The second in March was a "National Emergency", which also by name alone is at the national level and reaches beyond just public health.

Mr. Tran refuses to even take the time to understand Trump's response. He, like many TDS'ers here just want to blame Trump, forget about what he has done good, and at the same time ignore that the left was both saying Trump over reacted in the beginning with his travel ban and that many on the left were downplaying it even more than Trump was.

And yes, no Semantics about it, see above. And the initial Public Health Emergency opened the doors for State and Local efforts, which were not followed up on by those very Governors you keep saying he blew off. And he hoped Easter could be filled with people, conditions have proven otherwise.

What's embarrassing is watching you melt down over Trump and ignore the actions(often far worse) by the left.
