I cant remember my password. So how can I reset my password if I dont know my current password?

I'm sorry, it struck me funny when you posted your question. A suggestion, if you can sign in on your phone, go to User CP and simply change your password to one you will remember.
I hope my suggestion makes up for poking fun at you!

You need your password to change your password so that won't work.

Send an email from the email account you registered with to websupport@eccie.net and ask them to reset it for you. You'll receive a response back with the new password or instructions on what to do.

Did you read any of the above???

It's all there. Go to your control panel - USER CP under MAIN MENU on the left side of the page. Then click on EDIT EMAIL & PASSWORD.

If you don't know your current password you have to send an email to websupport@eccie.net from the email account you registered with and they will reset it for you.
