White house orderd to give press pass back..
Wow. I didn't think the court's would have sided with Acosta. BUT they did..
For now at least.

A trump appointed judge too. The issue must be clear to the judge.
As well as resolution of the issue.

Odumbo, et al, spied on at least two journalists and arrested two film directors to stifle their freedom of expression. Odumbo is the dictator that infringed on the 1st Amendment privileges of American citizens if there ever was one.
Accost-her's victory will be short lived. He'll fuck up and Trump will accord Accost-her due process with a second ban that'll pass muster in the courts.

Even Fox news supported Acosta both publicly and legally against Trump and his supporters. Even Fox doesn't want an autocratic Dictator and eroding the right to a free pass

My thing on this are
A) the press passes are the property of the white house. NOT CNN.
B) its a privilege to have a pass, not a right. So where was his due process stepped on revoking it
C) How is it 'stepping on his 1st amendment rights'? AS per the constitution, "CONGRESS can make no law abridging the rights". NOTHING what so ever about the president pulling his press pass to the white house..
