The main thing we all need to remember here is that this is just business. The customers are looking for a service and the providers… well they provide the service. Money is exchanged and no moral judgement should be assigned to any business decision. Once that happens it moves from business to personal, and personal is not where you want to be in this business. If someone is NBA I make a note of it and move on. I don't call them racist or try to change them. Do they think I'm inferior? Maybe. Do they think I'm disease ridden? Maybe. Do they think I'm too big? <Insert your joke here>. None of that matters to me. I just move on. There is one thing that drives me crazy. On eccie providers will not say that they are NBA because it is bad pr. So you call or you book something with them only to find out that they are NBA. Waste of time. I say that they should put NBA in their ads and showcases. Can you imagine in the showcase:
