I asked; "Do you go into all of your deals intending to ignore laws, terms, or other conditions that were defined in a sale?" We have bought uranium from the Russians for years and they had no plans to remove the uranium mined in the US, illegally or otherwise. They are selling it to us. The company they bought has vast holdings in countries they can export from. China isn't playing anything. What you call its "Trump card" is overplaying itself. How does China benefit by having that THAAD radar/missile system deployed in South Korea? The only currency manipulation the Chinese have engaged in lately is keeping the yuan overvalued, not undervalued. Lots of rich Chinese citizens would love to ship money out of the country, if they could exchange it into dollars or other foreign currencies at the official rate.
