That's the best satire I've heard all day...well done.
Just on the off chance that it's NOT satire...
So that's the extent of your "caring" huh? To offer thoughts to the deity you believe in so that it will help Justin? Then you will tell him that you are thinking to your deity on his behalf, so that, without knowing if he even believes in the same deity as you, he will take solace that this deity is hearing thoughts from others about him?
See? This is the evidence of how fake the caring really is...anyone got anything else they're going to do to help Justin?

Justin we're all praying for you.

Or you could take Justin with you to church. Just make sure he's lucid & sober

Now the burden of proof is on the audience? Not the guy spewing the shit? Okay
And you have me all wrong, I never claimed to be one of his friends. I don't know him. Lucky enough I am a person capable of empathy.
His personal luggage is not mine nor your business. Everyone has skeletons in their closet, like your relationship with an escort who gets railed out by various men all of the world apparently.
He has his demons and we are witnessing him trying to go to battle with them. I've seen it before and I'll see it again my entire life. I've seen people come out the other side a changed and better person, and I've seen people lose their footing and fall back down that slippery slope.
I have a normal functional brain. I can understand his struggle, I can understand the hardships of alcoholism, of the basic carnal instinct for sex running your life for you. Which allows me to sympathize with this man, with what he has to go through now.
Anyone can sit behind a computer, and spew the negativity and bullshit that you're doing now, but in all honestly it tells me more about you as a person than it does him. You're a miserable delusional pseudo self-proclaimed intellectual. How about you focus more on your own life, and not trying to drag other people down to your level so that misery can have company.
I literally just had to explain empathy to a grown man, that's how shitty of a person you are lol. The saying "A legend in his own mind" created to describe people exactly like you, ignorance of ones own impact is one of the biggest disgraceful attributes a person can have, and you're reveling in it bud.
Brb sending this off to my publisher and having a fuckin new york best sellers #1 drafted
OP, I don't know you but I sincerely hope you make it out on the other side, It's not an easy thing you're doing but make it to that other side even if you have to tread through the sludges of hell, because once you come ashore and those first beams of sun light hit your face, and you feel the warmth of your new life, the reward will be abundant.

You are correct about Christians who don't know as many of those are people who claim to be Christians and they do not know what you wrote. That is not a real hard one to see or understand. Fortunately, I am in not the group of those who just claim, as you imply.
As for your augment, no, it isn't what you write because whether charity is expressed in written form, i.e. hand written letter, online, etc., or by being given with a human hand, charity and compassion can be expressed in multiple forms and here, which nullifies your argument. Is that expression made here real like being face to face? Obviously not, yet, that expression does not make it insincere or not real as you argue. Therefore, your argument has no basis and is invalid outside of being an opinion.

The burden of proof was certainly on me...I just asked you to produce the evidence for me...and you did it perfectly...
This is your "caring"...telling the OP that you wish he solves his problems...
You offer no solutions...you offer no real help...you offer the promise of some mystical reward "if he treads through hell" first...
This is why your caring is fake...it offers nothing to Justin. You're saying it because you honestly think your words, and your words alone, are going to help him overcome his massive problems...when your words have no weight to the OP...
This is the evidence which you asked me to produce...and which I knew you'd produce in due time...your caring goes nowhere past the computer keyboard you're typing on, or the monitor you're viewing...in other words...your caring is nothing that would inconvenience you any more than five seconds of typing...
Pay attention folks...this is what "caring" on the Interwebs is...I just hope that Justin is smart enough NOT to actually take any of this to heart, and takes it upon himself to actually find a care giver that can personally help him through his issues...because y'all are giving him nothing, and taking goodwill that you led the "right" things all for yourself...
Pathetic...

JS lives in a glass house at the bottom of a mountain, surrounded by signs that warn of loose boulders and impending avalanche. He doesn't want to leave because the view is so magnificent, it can be blinding.
This thread is the equivalent of us all tossing pea-size pebbles at his front door as a reminder of his fate (the one that he has chosen)...it's only a matter of time until the large stones begin to fall and everything comes crashing down. He needs to move on.
Maybe he'll come back to the area to admire the view from time to time, but hopefully at a safer distance, and certainly not to completely dwell in such a multitude of hazardous conditions.

I just explained what empathy was and it looks like I might have to explain what caring means as well.
Words speak volumes, I lost loads of weight and got fit from similar motivating words, Someone didnt have to offer me a fuckin treadmill to "care", they didnt have to stand over me and spot the weight for me to "care" they offered me words on inspiration which you will need to accomplish any real goal.
The only way I can think of relating this so you understand is this. In your head you tell yoursell you're smart, you tell yourself all kinds of ego boosting shit. Then you act on it, and act like you're smarter, act like a fuckwit. That's what inspires you. Other people take that in a different direction and run with it
Just like my words make you keyboard warrior out, and just like Justins words motivate you to post bullshit.
I can see what you're doing, you have this idea of ideology dogma you're speaking of, and I do understand what you're saying. But you're wrong, you don't think you are, but you are.
I'm going to deuce out of this thread now, I have spent enough time hashing this out on a public forum for no reason other than a debate. But by no means am I running away or some shit, if you want to continue hashing out our various definitions of what it means to care, hit the PM button turbo
