They are not, they laugh at the idea that you think we matter. They have been going in the spas forever, They still have to make a personal case

Depends on if it's a felony or a misdemeanor what you're discussing. If you're sitting there discussing how you're laundering your AMP money through your laundromat that's a felony. What you're discussing is probably a misdemeanor.

Ghostrider maybe the lead person behind many handles of promoting blue spa. He maybe the one running money around from The Blue. All speculation, except for Ghostrider is stalker, insulter and promoter of prostitution of blue spa. He need to learn not to mess with guys who are quite and accuse them of things.

Not at all. It's more complexed than that. There is no need to question me about how LE works. Just know that the police and DA will fight crime and use the laws to their advantage. I am just trying to get people to be aware that their actions can have consequences. LargeBreastFan work with me here. I'm sure you understand why we are trying to negate LE efforts. Mongers should be united on a common goal. Best believe LE is united for their common goal. There are many unfounded opinions between mongers but common sense escapes them. Debating each other over speculations only clouds peoples perception of what's really going on.

He's on his side typical attitude on this board. Could careless about the rest of us and would happily watch AMP land burn to the ground. Always assuming another spa will open despite the closings are out pacing the new ones opening.

What I don't understand is "Why is there an argument between hobbyists that want to take the more common sense and safer approach and the hobbyists that say "Fuck it, I'm going to do what I want and you can't stop me?" Most of the defiant ones don't even know the extent of the laws that they are challenging. Are people not creative enough to advance to the next level and come up with more creative ways to hobby? Does it have to be the same ole status quo? Who wants to upgrade? Just stuck where they are and screaming F#ck the police! Wow that's smart. Is that accompanied by stress and anxiety? The hobbyists are divided and LE is united.

Because adjusting our behavior to counter LE is change and change scares some people. Even positive change like not giving what essentially amounts to tips to LE that read this board.

Not talking about money laundering.
And speech is a misdemeanor? I am not an attorney but think not.

Depends on the type of speech. Talking about breaking the law is generally never a good idea in public (This forum for instance.). I get it man you're the type that as long as you're getting your dick wet once a week you could careless what happens. But there's still alot of guys here that want to see the scene thrive for many more decades. The speech on this forum is handing out free tips to LE.

the latest article gives some perspective on the Jade raid.

https://www.dallasnews.com/news/comm...se-and-beyond/

it started as a routine "Cop walks in for a massage...", and led to the ultimate raid, which is about financial crimes. the arrest warrant/affidavit does not even mention prostitution, I can't see that they had any case on that. but what they found was a clear financial tie with the Dragon House, and a trail of folks tied to a single bank account. the Head Cop said the Jade case is unlike any of the other raided spas, much more sophisticated operation.

which makes sense to me. nothing I read even remotely corresponds to any Spas I visit. yeah, I have been to Jade twice, but the last time was more than 5 years ago. Jade sat apart from the others, in a dense area with high rent. I always figured it was "different".

One interesting tidbit from Wilonsky’s article in today’s paper: cops spotted a girl from Jade getting driven to the restaurant, where she also worked as a hostess.

Nothing really meaningful in that, but Wilonsky thought it worthy of inclusion in his story.

I read the article, and from that reporting it's hard for me to see what the crime is here, other than a few sessions where the cops went to Jade and then bailed out on the session. It's not clear if they have the evidence to make a case out of those or not. Otherwise, there's a lot of people driving from one place to the other and money being transferred between accounts, but I'm not aware that any of that is illegal unless there's an underlying crime.
