When they didn't get their way with the 2016 election they started blubbering about doing away with the Electoral College and changing the way we elect the President and VP. Some states managed to pass legislation about voting by the Members ... locking them into various standards within the individual states.
The CommunistSocialistLiberalAntiT rumpers are experienced in modifying the rules to fit their agenda, particularly when they discover their "idea" didn't get the desired result .... and did not survive the next election cycle.
The destruction of the #1 source of job growth in this country is another way of attempting to trash the economy and job growth in the ramp up to the Fall Elections .... all the other "tricks" didn't work!
As for "political control" of law enforcement agencies (you can call them whatever you want ..... CommunistSocialistLiberalAntiT rumpers are also good at relabeling to fit their narrative ... ) they will scream bloody murder when the Trumpers get control of their "social engineering departments" and start beating them over the head with their own bullshit .... (Shoes on the other foot soon enough!).

I see loads of doubts to spread around. Lawful orders given, lawful commands given, lawful commands ignored, invading the officers space and butt-load of witnesses. Not sure if you have seen the vids of perp guy yacking it up with the street peoples (who called him out actually) or jaw-bone fest with the NPR reports.
Anyway, a lot of reasonable doubt when only a little is needed.

Yeah, they may try to silence dissenting speech but how would it affect the criminals? IMHO, it wouldn't. Without massive support of cops with guns on the streets of Chicago and other major urban communities, criminals will run wild while the ideological police are trying to silence the speech of peaceful people not bowing to BLM, people.
When the Mayor of Chicago held a conference with her Aldermen, it turned into a "shit show", literally with the Mayor telling an Alderman that he was full of shit and the Alderman telling the Mayor "Fuck you" and apparently this was a forum that the public could listen in on. The Aldermans point was that the Mayor didn't do enough which seems obvious enough but the question he asked got me thinking like he was. What happens when the bad guys get together and say "hey, when all the cops are downtown, why don't we break into homes in the affluent communities while the cops are else where"?

At night, where do most people put their cell phones?
Usually on the night stand, next to the bed.
In many cases (the really easy ones), the night stand will be located next to the exterior wall of the residence.
It is very easy to look at a home from the street (or simply use google earth) and identify where the bedroom walls are. Specifically the master bedroom wall if that's the most likely location for the target.
It's then a real simple process to walk up to the exterior of the residence (usually at night) with a capture device and scan the wall for the cell phone signature.
The device will hone in proximity with a signal meter. Once ID'd you can capture the signal signature.
If the cell phone is near the wall, it's an easy capture. Only takes seconds. No-one even knows you're there. In/Out easy peasy.
After cell signal capture this allows tracker to monitor and trace the location of the target.
This information can be sold, and/or used directly to collect bounty by working with police to identify location of target.
This method is also used for illegal purposes by professional skimmers who can electronically rob you without ever going in your house.
So the lesson is,... when you go to sleep don't put your cell phone near the exterior wall of your home....
