Hey M.M., I have met you in person a few years ago. What struck me is that you are not a "large" framed person. In photos, I see you are "pear shaped". That is good news. I am the opposite, large framed and apple shaped. My hips are smaller than my shoulders.
I mention this because it appears to me you mainly have excess skin, people with fair skin that tends to stretch easily. Excess skin is very easy to remove. A plastic surgeon can cut and trim the skin away much like a tailor can cut and trim clothing fabric in order to make it fit better. I myself got this procedure done back in 2008. I went to a website called makemeheal.com and found a surgeon outside the U.S. which saved me a lot of money. I am a trained medical assistant and I once worked for a U.S. plastic surgeon so I knew what to look for. Reviews and companies that cater to U.S. citizens travel to foreign countries for surgery can help locate a good, reputable surgeon.
It was a very easy procedure and I was able to leave the next day. I had zero complications, I do not mind my scars at all because I have a smooth figure and that is more important to me. I would happily do it all again, it made a huge difference in how I look.
I maintain it all with a vegetarian/mediterranean style diet. Whole grains, non processed food and lots of water. Calcium is also super important, you need to maintain your bones. Iron, magnesium, calcium all super important everyday. Your body can only absorb vitamins and minerals from food. Supplements are not the same, not a substitute for a healthy diet.
