Honestly, I will take a provider with nice naturals any day over obvious enhancements. To me it depends on the enhancement is obvious. If you have a C cup body it doesn't look right when you have Ds. I like a girl with Bs or Cs or and nice round backside but unless you got the back a D or more looks out of portion. Honestly, there was a provider who has been on my shortlist for some time, I just took off because she sent me an update to site showing she has obvious enhancement now. She just lost the charm and went 80's early 90's typical SC dancer in my opinion.
Again, if you want those and you think you will like them I would suggest you get them. However, if you are doing it for business reason it might be a negative return. You are unlikely to gain many new clients and might lose some you have. My ATF who is now retired had surgery and although I still saw a few times after it just was never the same for me. Take it from me, when a provider changes like that it just is not the same.
I am not saying I would not see a provider with obvious enhancement but only if there was something else to attract me. The reviews I have seen on you say there is that something else. Trust me my decision on a provider has much more to do with what the experience will be like than the size of her breasts. I have just as much fun with an A cup as a D cup. Honestly, I am not really even sure above C is that attractive to me anymore now that have become more mature and realize that shows nothing about what a person is or a provider's skill. Honestly, your reviews from what I have seen speak much more for you than enhancements could ever.
One final thing. To some extent when I see obvious enhancement it does make me wonder if the provider is trying to look better to make up for a lack of skills or enthusiasm that is why I typically do not schedule providers with enhancements unless I have seen some real good reviews. Maybe it is just because big fakes make me think of 90's strippers types who overcharge and way under deliver. Maybe it is just me.

BANNOR---I hear you. I understand what you are saying but I've already made up my mind though...I'm not planning on get huge boobs; however, I am planning on gettin a full C. They will fit my size on what everyone is telling me. I understand I may lose some customers but I really want them and they are for me and no one else (like an early Christmas present to myself) thanks for your concern and opinion.
Oh I'm not gonna have blotched boobs haha I'm gonna take care of them and I'm getting silicon since that's what everyone recommended on by looks and feeling so I want the best possible. My surgery is on the 15th
