I think it's because they are smart enough to know that pool of men with available funds at that level are not in one geographical location even in a major metropolis like NYC.
They don't travel for free, that's for sure...if you look at their sites they request airfare and I'm not talking economy class lol. That doesn't make sense for someone trying to be high volume.
I know several women that have been flown to London for an overnight, first class airfare etc.
It's not because London has a shortage of providers. Fook me, there are loads of them and some damn hot ones too. It's the perceived cache for the gentleman. The value to HIM of being able to fly someone in. These are guys that fly fresh bloody cavier in from wherever etc. Money has nada to do with it and to a degree neither do services. If they did, women not having reviews just wouldn't work. Status has everything to do with it.

I will agree that price has nada to do with volume. When I'm not traveling I see max 3 people a week. When I travel 2 a day. Don't have the time or desire to see more than that and my rates are pretty average for Boston. Financially it works for me fortunately....

Camille, yes I know the men are paying for the ladies airfare. I never said they pay their own airfare, that would be crazy and not very cost effective for the lady. My point is, I don't think the HDH is as low volume as one might think. They are, after all, available for travel to anywhere in the world (assuming the fella pays the costs). With such flexibilily to the world, they probably are seeing more gentlemen then we think.....

And as stated above, more money does not necessarily give you more in service. The fella who paid $1,000 for a 2 hour date and only got a cbj is a prime example.

I didnt say it would get you more service. I said services and money are not the motivator...so I doubt these guys care that much about whether she offers BBBJ or DFK.

With regards flying, there are not that many men that will pay that amount of money to fly someone in.
That's why these women often know each other well and form alliances such as PEI...because they move in very small but shared circles.

Very well said.. No one should be made to do BBBJ if they are not comfortable with doing it. But many women do BBBJ because of these reviews boards, and yes it's bullshit, but it's part of the hobby.

When something shouldn't happen, doesn't mean that it doesn't happen. This is not a perfect world.

And the majority of men do prefer and expect BBBJ. If I was a man, I would expect BBBJ if I was paying $1,000. But if the fella is happy with cbj then great. I just don't feel any man prefers CBJ over BBBJ.

Also, when paying for a HDH I feel that the intimate services might not be the entire part of the date, but they have to be a major, vital factor and driving force of paying those high fees. So thats why I feel that any man who pays $1000 for a date would prefer BBBJ over CBJ. BCD services are important in escorting, HDH or not. Those BCD services play a vital roll. No one is going to pay thousands of dollars for just dinner and conversation.
