The way Chasity did this at Cherries of Houston.

Since her place was a modeling studio, she always had girls on site which made it easier getting the ladies there. When we had orgy night, she would have more girls there, as she scheduled it right.

There was usually 5-6 girls ready to party and if Chasity felt a girl wouldn't enjoy this orgy stuff, she usually replaced her with a 'party girl'.

All the guys appeared around the agreed on time. When all the guys got there, Chasity collected the fee and told the guys to get ready. She then got the girls together and brought them in. The 'play' room was the same big room a lot of us remember from movie night. She then announced that the clock was running.

The funny thing is that the start of the orgy was like a high school dance, all the guys on one side of the room, all the ladies on the other side. It really wasn't some sort of deal where all the guys wanted one girl, we just all kind of went to one then started playing. My suggestions..........good, clean, and discrete place with one big room....large jacuzzi would be great....5-6 guys and the equal amount of girls. Have the person who is starting the party to collect the envelopes so he can split it among the ladies. Make sure everybody shows up on time, no making a grand entrance or being fashionable late. Have a set amount of time for the amount of money. It helps if the girls like other girls as that really gets the guys going and is a great way to start the party.

I would be interested, but if I bring a 450/hr girl and someone else brings a 250/hr girl...errr the math just went south. There would have to be a set rate the girls would agree on. This would and could cause a conflict.
I agree this would be all about the experience, but the business side of it could cause some conflicts.

It only goes south if everyone shares what they paid to whom. Finances should be between the lady and her gentleman escort... Some ladies will likely charge more or less to be included, depending upon their desire to take part. If the men are paying x amount of dollars to each woman there, then they'll be too incapacitated by sticker shock to have any fun. Keep the money based on time between two partners having fun, and you will have more people who want to be there because they enjoy it, and fewer people who are there for a payday. Not to say that anyone should do it for free... I assume we're all good at what we do, to paraphrase Joker.

This whole idea has gotten so complicated and messed up. Gents....if you want an orgy...simply go to Club Cave on singles night. Or hell, join one of the swinger websites. there are groups of people that put on orgys and/or gangbangs on a monthly basis.

At the end of the day, achieving a perfect 1:1 ratio wont happen. Those guys that are worried about having 8 girls and 10 guys need a reality check. Dudes...trust me, the other guys dont give a shit about your junk. Also...who gives a damn if there are more guys then girls. Do you know how many people enjoy the 3-some action? Have you ever been to either a gangbang or orgy? Most of the time...the guys need to sit on the sidelines jerking it off for SEVERAL minutes to get it up anyways! Dont worry about there being more guys vs. ladies....it will work out fine in the end.
