Normal people are careful not to make patently offensive remarks to potential customers in the course of conducting business.

Do not let them draw you in as they are looking for a reaction to RTM and getting points from the mods. I know what you mean by RTMing a post, but I was not saying you RTM, I was saying that they hijack threads with personal digs from left field, bait you into a response and THEY RTM your post, which will give you points by the mods in most cases. Those guys know exactly what to do and how to do it, as that is their fun. What them off more than anything is to just not respond and ignore them. They will not go away, but they will look like foolish in the long run by constantly throwing out jabs with no response.
