I'm late chiming in, but to the extent Jules is still interested in opinions....
I don't like to see ladies with lots of reviews. I come to the conclusion you mentioned in your original post: the lady is high volume, and the odds increase that the session will not be relaxed and spontaneous. When I go back and compare my "meh" sessions with the provider's voluminous review history, I find there is a strong correlation between the two.
Frankly, my best sessions tend to be with women who don't get reviewed very often...maybe as little as once every few months. It helps if at least some of those reviews are from guys I know to be reliable, but even that isn't a priority. In fact, I'm finding that the relative unknowns are oftentimes better sources of quality intel than a lot of the frequent reviewers.

TinMan,
Thank you! That is what I was curious about. I think we can all agree that quality always beats quantity.
I was just thinking to myself "am I wrong for not asking every client to review me"
Or "do guys think I am not as good as the girls with a bunch of reviews popping up everywhere"
Im glad I am getting some insight on the subject, thanks everybody.
.
Also thanks for the condolences... I am holding it together. all dogs go to heaven

I've never really paid attention to the number of reviews a women has. Hell it could be 100 reviews but over a 5 year span. Thats not that many really.
I pay more attention to who's writing the reviews and are they what i consider a credible hobbyist?
As far as trying to figure out what someone is pulling down a year? I'm at a loss why anyone would even care unless your with the IRS.

I do try to encourage new guys to write a review on me from time to time.
I know some of them really do want to write a review - but they are terrified of how badly you all are going to tear them to bits in the review section.
I figure that at least you guys shouldn't tear them up too bad if they write it on me ~ at least I have enough really good reviews ~ that seeing a first time reviewer give it a shot you guys usually just give some good pointers. Seems y'all tend to be much nicer when you already know that the lady being reviewed has a good review history.
God forbid a guy who's been holding out posting reviews writes one on a new lady that you all have been waiting to hear about. Holy cow bells! You'd think he was your king and had betrayed all of you. I know I'm not easily intimidated, but that right there would probably get under my skin if I were on the other end of things. I can see why guys do the reviews that vary with such ludicrous bullshit that you all are skeptical from the get go to reviews that have such little detail you'd think it was Shy Ronny writing them.

Good reviews are like advertising for the providers, especially where the lady does not have many reviews (or has them only sporadically). I wonder if any providers have seen a correlation between client contacts through P411 (or elsewhere) and the date on which a review is posted.
And, yes, too many reviews might indicate that a lady is busier than some of us would like.

Well, when a newbie writes a BS review consisting of 2 sentences of worthlessness, yes, we will light his ass up. There are guidelines on how to write reviews. It appears that they ignore them completely. Even worse, some write a SECOND bad review. Yep, light 'em up again.
It'd be just like if you gave me bad head, TNT. I'd rip you new one. If you did it twice...then maybe you just suck.

Constant pounding of " i have over 50 reviews" reminds me of those signs at McDonald's..."over 7 million sold" and is NOT a turn on...

Bro - now you know better than that.
I don't think I've ever given bad head.
Or bad hair for that matter.
Hair down and a BJ! Let's do this shit! (Oh, just not with you...Keep dreaming)
I give great head and great hair....and in between, I hear I give good brain too. But that could just be a rumor.
I am quite vulgar, twisted and joke about shit that many find to be quite offensive.
So how on Earth could a lil po dunk opinionated girl like me have a brain?
Tisk, tisk...
I don't think it is possible.

Jules,
I will give you my two cents, and both questions are difficult to answer because we know that ladies aren't Reviewed every time, and some Reviews are so ridiculous that you'd think some Hobbyist just cut/pasted from Penthouse ...
Guys do you care to share your thoughts on multiple reviews every month vs just a few every now and then? This really makes no difference to me. Just because a lady only has few Reviews that month doesn't mean she only saw those guys. Conversely, if she has multiple Reviews, am I sure she didn't see more guys that just didn't Review her, or are those Reviews from the month prior?
Does a girl with a large amount of reviews in a very short span of time make you feel like you have to see her because she is that good or does it have the opposite effect? Neither. To be honest, I want to see a lot of the ladies in DFW and none simply because of their Reviews. I can say I look for a "good number of Reviews" but that number is different for every person. Personally, five is a minimum, and anything approaching [Wilt] Chamberlain would be way too many!
For me ... quality over quantity always.

Pretty much. I believe in discretion. Maybe weird thinking on my part. I am a provider, but im not going to out right say "yea I slept with over 100 guys, check for my reviews, all 100 guys said I was the best ever". No thanks, im cool on that one.
Again, its my opinion and my weird thinking.
