I *think* you’re right, texassapper. My only hesitation in going all in on continuing to do exactly what I’ve been doing (writing reviews of independent ladies I’ve seen) is my concern that the law was written with a few sites in mind, and that the state’s desire to make a case against those sites might cause them to put the squeeze on others who they believe could be material witnesses to the illegal activity of those sites.
I doubt tricks and whores are going to go to jail over all of this. The state doesn’t care about collateral damage, though, and in their rush to use this shiny new toy, they could make life miserable for some that might just happen to be in the line of fire.
