No, Jefferson didn't "fire" any judges. He asked the new Congress to rescind the Judiciary Act of 1801, which had created new federal judgeships that were quickly packed by lame-duck POTUS John Adams on the eve of Jefferson's inauguration.
In other words, Jefferson had to enlist the help of a sympathetic Congress.

Tthe "opinion" of the court lies with the fact that "there is no constitutional right to a jury trial for criminal contempt charges resulting in a sentence of imprisonment of six months or less".
so, "The Court finds that this case is appropriate for a bench trial. This case focuses on the application of facts to the law to determine if Defendant intentionally violated a court order."
https://www.courtlistener.com/docket...ates-v-arpaio/
He admitted to violating the order. But, of course, it was an accident. Except it wasn't.
Is anyone disturbed by his history at all? Or is that also fake news?

It simply boils down to Arpaio being a racist asshole who believed he was above the law that he was elected to uphold.
The president can pardon who he wants for federal crimes. Its sickening to see him abuse his power in such a way, however. Both sides of the aisle see this as a insult to law and order.
Trump needs to go. Put Pense in office.
If you think Trump actually did a good thing with that pardon, you have seriously got to get a vasectomy. Prevent your line from continuing. Your an idiot. Society is better off without your kind.

So Trump was distorting the truth yet again for his Trumpets.....why am I not surprised and a better question is why do they keep falling for it?
Freaking Iffy gives Trump a blowjob for firing Bannon, his top anti globalist! Iffy, the SOB who has been ranting and raving about 'globalist' for years!
So the pardon had nothing to do with 'jury' and everything to do with political payback and to signal that he will pardon any of his posse that gets caught up in the Russian investigation or any other criminal activity!

Then answer the question. DID You have problems with Obama Commuting (in effect giving a pardon) To manning? Or releasing 5 high value prisoners to get back someone who had in effect, DEFECTED to the enemy?

Jefferson did it, bu removing the SPOT that the judge filled.. No need to impeach then. THEN Re-define wha judges are needed..

That's different... Odumbo only pardoned black drug peddlers and transsexuals who betray their countries... not white guys trying to uphold our immigration laws!

Why shouldn't Trump pardon Joe?
They both disliked Latinos.
Disliked Judges.
Were both birthers.

Trump has every right to pardon criminals. Glad you admit the Sherriff is a criminal.
If he lies about why, people have every right to criticize him.
