http://www.iafd.com/ The Internet Adult Film Database. Been around forever. Doesn't look as nice as data18 but has enormous coverage and better coverage of older stuff.
http://babesource.com/ Nice gallery site that consistently identifies the performers so you can spot new ones you like and also see if any existing favorites have new stuff coming out.
http://namethatpornstar.com/ See someone you like, and want to find more of but have no idea who she is? These guys can tell you if anyone can.
The Reddit group r/tipofmypenis is a bit similar, except instead of naming pornstars, people describe scenes they've seen but don't know what they are from and find out the answers.
https://forum.adultdvdtalk.com/ Pay no attention to the DVD part, it's not limited to DVDs. Has a great forum called Star Crossed, where there are threads dedicated to most porn stars and many of them have accounts where they come in and converse with fans from time to time.
