This varies greatly. It is much better if hosted in a private residence. Hotels get suspicious of that much traffic. Typically an apartment is best because the increase presence of cars is not noticed. For Hobby gbs I budget for the following:

GB supplies, covers, etc: 30

I know there are others in my area that do 90 min gbs, but I'm not sure what they charge.
