Thanks for the advice, but I've managed to conduct myself here without your no doubt wise counsel, and I'll continue to do so.
You seem to confuse listening to Wakeup's drivel with discussing the negative impact that he and his sycophants have on Eccie. I put him on ignore months ago, so I don't directly read his litany of "heh", "she's fat", and other posts that are feeble attempts to impress the readers (and seem to primarly impress the feeble-minded.)

I suppose to some I would appear to have a strong ego. I don't have a problem expressing my beliefs on a topic, even if they aren't popular. And I certainly don't have the pathological need for approval that some of the guys have here. In the real world, I'd rate my ego as a bit stronger than average, but perhaps by Eccie hobbyist standards I'm a regular Tony Stark.
I do think of myself as a gentleman. I treat everyone with dignity and respect until they give me a good reason not to do so. In what way do you feel that I don't?
