I was merely referring to the subject of the thread - and not the "combatants" in that thread.

Though we (MODS) Can't comment on actions taken, Lexxxy AND JB were warned publicly and privately and Lexxxy pointed out that she had earned her point(s).

THAT being said ...

In the interest of clarity, she said Point .... no (s)

I got bent right over, my skirt lifted, my fishnets torn, and a swift slap on the ass for my naughty behavior...i deserved the warning point...my only regret is that i gave staff work on a holiday.
Sorry gp.

Don't complain. That's 1 more than she would normally get , and only 4 less than you would have gotten , for a similar offense.

I don't know who got how many points, but it might help people feel better to think of the Point System here as analogous to traffic violations. It can never be totally fair and equitable. The cops only have time and energy to catch a small fraction of the violators randomly, and among those who get stopped, it's the luck of the draw who gets a ticket and who gets just a warning.

There are the protected posters here and threads are closed accordingly. JB is correct bout Lexxy, but never let the facts get in the way. Banter from a taskmaster or sp only serves to stifle ones business.

AND, there are the people who give the cop a hard time and get the book thrown at them, and others are polite and cooperative and get off easy. That's life I guess.

I agree Jack that the Mods won't catch everything and that it won't be equitable, but I would also not call it the "luck of the draw". As GP points out, luck has little to do with it -- much like it has little to do with who gets the ticket and who gets off with a warning. Obviously, some people make their own bed though and I don't mean to excuse them.

You do have a point. Just like in a traffic stop, sometimes one's demeanor in interacting with the cop can make the difference between a ticket and a warning.

And sometimes the traffic cops just bait an area knowing there will be violators - like a speed trap.
