Bottom line is if batman had stayed in his car,let the police take care of the situation Martin would be alive Zimmerman would not have this hanging over his head,and we could argue about something else.

Really is that simple. And since he didn't, it should go to trial because as cut and dried as some people want it to be, it isn't.
The "stand your ground" legislation is a time bomb. It comes very close to legaizing individual vigilanism. This is a far more important trial than some would like to believe, and it needs to be as open and fair as possible.

So, according to you two asinine 'Know-It-Alls'. there is a commandment in the Neighborhood Watch Manual that directs that all watch patrols will be conducted from a vehicle!?! You are both full of BS!!!!

They know there is no legal merit to that argument IB.
They simply don't want life and property protected. Mmmm, I wonder what type of person that may be? Perhaps the type of person who may be out assaulting or robbing people or is close to those who are?
