Maybe Charlie Kirk's TPUSA organization will hold an event there on some currentlyvacant date. Everyone knows who he was and what he stood for.

To answer that question, we would have to see the contract. I don't know ow entertainment law (and I'm not a lawyer) but my uninformed guess is that there is probably one or more clauses on non-performing.
