Problem with west coast businesses coming to Texas is that they bring folks with them. They don't realize that their voting habits created the situation they are fleeing. So they come here with the same ideas, not having a clue how fucked they are. Left coasters have ruined places like Colorado, just like Austinites who leave Austin because they can't afford it anymore only to try and recreate the same shit in the surrounding cities.

As an aside: The Texas Utility Commission allowed Reliant Energy to use the skipped utility bills as "bad debts" on the rate increases they requested years ago, so Texans have been covering the California utility bills owed by the California residents and businesses when they skipped out of the State. Now they want the country's taxpayers to cover their latest boondoggles ... like their "new" high speed train failure.

Texas ranks 12th in GDP and economy.
