And what if the review is several years old and the parties in question are no longer available as a witness or defendant and the statute of limitations ran out?
And how does a review actually prove the alleged “encounter” took place and money was exchanged? Subpoena hobby phone records? Review hotel security cameras (that’s purged after X number of days).

This is all very RIDICULOUS. No Prosecutor in the land is going to try and prove that an act of prostitution took place based on a fucking review. Who would the witnesses be? Even if they had video of you exchanging money and then having sex, how could they prove that the money was for the sex and not a previous loan or for "consulting"?

No, we're simply back to the good old days where in order to arrest a John he has to be attempting to buy sex from an undercover cop... and the Provider has to be negotiating with the same.

The only people with any liability for an online site are the site owners etc... and that's only if it can be proven that the site is in fact facilitating prostitution by more than five parties. Again we're back to the undercover cop thing.

The ONLY way that prostitution can be reliably proven is through entrapment.

Personally - I've embarked on a personal Jury nullification plan. Since our govt. betters never see fit to prosecute any criminal activity by our anointed politicians, I am going to vote to acquit anyone I may be seated on a trial for that is not a violent crime. Tax fraud? Acquit. Speeding ticket? Acquit. Prostitution? Acquit.
