Personally, I think a lot of providers have gone more UTR due to the changing political landscape. I think it’s just harder to find what we are all looking for. Takes a little more research and a lot more effort than in the past. At least that is my .02. The hobby space in every location has just about everything you are looking to find. Some markets are just harder to crack than others.
