Script is terribly convoluted, but whaddya think about this kind of ending, maybe after say 8 or 10 episodes:

-- first three or four epsodes already scripted in post way above.

-- meanwhile, throughout the entire life of the drama, we see only hands, keyboards, backrubs, uniforms, meal trays, maybe some medical type closeups, but never any faces except back of skulls, etc.

Final episode involves ...
