Due to the fact that we are a Canadian owned and operated company, we are restricted to hiring only Canadians. The bulk of what we do is in the USA, so I really just don't know any Canadian providers looking for another line of work that I would consider having work with us. There are only a tiny handful of USA providers I would even consider for the position, IF I could hire them.

The worst part was arguing with providers about whether a term or phrase was in violation or not, so this would only eliminate a small part of the problem. I'm really happy that we won't have to do that any more, the last 5 months has been hellish.

Ad Board posts in Home and Visiting Cities were FREE up until this past Monday, which is when we started charging a small fee for the Ads. The Ad Board is now gone and so is that fee that was in place for 5 days.
The providers' P411 account and Home Listing remains FREE, as it always has been. There are additional upgrades they can purchase if they wish, but 95% do not. Upgrades are completely optional and not necessary to take full advantage of the site as a provider.

You would have to talk to him about that, I really don't know. However if he's going to want help from P411 in promoting it, he'll need to be treating P411 members very well.

No, the cost will not be going down.
We are a verification service first and foremost, and we will continue to be. That we've had to remove sexual terminology from the site is due to a change in Canadian law, not because we wanted to.
Personally, I would have loved to have been able to keep the Activities List and the blown HTML Ad Board without having to monitor it, which is what we did up until December. Unfortunately, the law changed and we had to make changes to keep the site legal.
For five months we made an effort to keep the Ad Board going without increasing any cost. It was for too much work and arguing with providers was wearing on me, so we increased the price as a way to decrease the number of ads being posted, and hopefully the number of ads that were in violation (since they would lose the points if in violation). The increase in price was not well taken, and I decided to be done with it altogether, and I'm glad to have made that decision (although I wish things could have remained as they were, before the law changed).

The providers currently Online are always the ones at the top of the list, directly under any Top10 Listings.
I will ask our developer to make a filter in the Advanced Search area though.
