just got another confirmation from Haley. shes on board. got room for one more then thatll make 12 ladies. 6 for each shift. we're really gonna do this!!

question: when this comes together, will you be indicating which providers will be on which shift? And if so, will we be able designate which one we want to throw our hat into the ring to be screened for?

ok. since this is new to me also. i need some input. would you rather me post the whole list and truly make it random(remember you gotta be willin to have fun with ALL the ladies and pass screening by ALL the ladies) or make it 2 groups and you throw your hat in both arenas(you still have to pass screening by ALL the ladies). since this will be a lottery drawing of sorts of the guys that" pass mustard".feel free to throw your name in both pools but if your chosen for the 1st shift. you need to take it or pass and take your chance on the 2nd shift. if you dont take it your not guaranteed a seat on the next shift . youll have the same chance as everyone else in that lottery. im open for thoughts. i think i got the last lady now. just waitin on her confirmation

I think it would be a good idea if you kept it truly random. Isn't that some of the point anyway. It would just add that much more excitement.

My preference would be to have the shifts available to pick separately, but I think AcidTripp's point is a strong one. I also think having all names in one pool may cut down on the flake factor. So that seems the better way to go (one big pool).
